How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels with Tax Invoice

Meesho sometimes generates the shipping label and the GST tax invoice as one combined PDF — the label on top, the invoice below it. That's convenient for printing everything in one pass, but it also means a straight crop can accidentally cut off part of the invoice, or leave you with a label PDF that's still mostly invoice.

Why this needs a different crop than a plain label

A plain Meesho shipping label only has one thing to protect when cropping: the label itself (barcode, address, order ID). A combined label + invoice PDF has two regions that matter for different reasons — the label, which you print and stick on the package, and the invoice, which you need to keep for GST records even if you don't print it on the package.

Two ways to crop it

• Keep both: crop only the outer blank margin, so the label and invoice stay stacked in one print-ready PDF — useful if you print and file the invoice together.
• Label only: crop the PDF down to just the label region and discard the invoice from that file — useful if you already export invoices separately (e.g. through a GST Suite) and only need the label for packing.

Where the invoice actually matters

Whether or not you print the invoice with the label, you still need it for your GSTR-1 filing — B2CS or CDNUR entries, HSN summary, and Tally exports all depend on the same order and invoice data. Cropping the label for printing doesn't affect that filing as long as you're generating your GST returns from Meesho's actual reports, not from the printed PDF.
